How to Become Parisian in One Hour – the guide!
I went to see the funniest one man show last week and to be honest, I was laughing from the minute the curtains raised to the last call. This is a show in English, destined for anybody (expats, tourists, provincial French and Parisians included) who wants to learn the (sometimes blatantly) true stereotypes that belong to the Parisian. Once you learn all the cliches with Olivier Giraud, he then teaches us HOW to become a Parisian. Not an easy feat!
His stand-up show, How to Become Parisian in One Hour? is currently running at the Théâtre de la Main d’Or. It’s a short course in Parisian behaviour.Olivier does this by punctuating his act with hilarious demonstrations of pronunciation and body language. Giraud is 100 percent French and proud of it, as he declared while handing out rounds of Camembert cheese to members of the audience!
It was fun, it was nice to feel that everyone thinks the same about the Parisians, including themselves!!!

I completely agree. Such a fun show. We saw it and LOVED it. He really has a great, funny outlook on trying to understand the french culture and way of life.
