Department store festive pre shopping

It’s so important to PLAN. Don’t you think?

Well, that’s my excuse for having spent the last couple of days scouring the two large department store on boulevard Haussman: Le Printemps and Les Galeries Lafayette

The Christmas displays are nearly ready in both, so keep an eye out for photos of them next week as I have been invited to the opening. It’s great to be a blogger as you get to be invited to some fun and original events that you would not have ever never ever gone to!

Also, keep an eye out end of the month for my Parisian inspired Christmas present ideas for all your loved ones and do let me know what you are planning to make/get them too!

I LOVED the Christmas trees in Printemps Mode. Dior is sponsoring the store for the festive season and despite the winter wonderland theme, they are still using their classic pale greys and pastels (pink mostly) that work so well for outfits and interior design. I had so much fun going from floor to floor jotting down in my little note book what little surprises I am going to give my loved ones. Shopping is fun, pre shopping is sometimes nearly better (as you come out of it no poorer than when you began!).
