Anchor myself

I often get asked which of my tattoos I began with, paradoxically I sort of began with the biggest I have. The most recent symbolise where I want to be in my life and the first I have had tattooed on my forearm and wrist, they remind me that I have to keep myself on the ground. Sometimes. Just sometimes, when it’s needed. Body art for me is like tribal marks, like earning rank with one’s self.
