Vintage Vans

When I am not in heels (and I do need to rest my little ankles occasionally), I tend to wear ultra bright chic trainers. After having mentioned Isabel Marant to you, I know speak to you about Vans.
Since I was about 15 I have regularly possessed a pair and even my son already has three (and he is 5). I love to wear them with turned up jeans, flowery over the knee dresses and shorts. They can look preppy to skate urban (and just remind me of a great movie: Lords of Dogtown).
These are the classic red laced up versio from the new summer 2012 collection. Slip ons are also a great alternative for summer too.
