Deli and resto: Jeanne A for home made upper class dishes!

There is a place that I go by every morning on my way to dropping my son to school and I decided to go eat there a few days ago. No regrets whatsoever. You can take out dishes on the deli counter, it specialises also in roasts (chicken, lamb, beef) but also in all types of french food taylored to people who want traditional tastes but with an alternative twist and presentation to them. I had tuna steak with olive tapenade, cooked just so the inside was still pink with roast vegetables and Alex tasted the most amazing pie: roast duck and foie gras, accompanied by salad. For desert, cookies the size of muffins and Pear cake, really tasty with a beautifully roast coarse cup of coffee.
I also bought some fig and violet jam with is really great on grilled bread but also with cold chicken as a sauce! The Nougat (pictured above) is totally divine and chewy and honey tasting good.
The concept of the place is simple: deli come restaurant/rotisserie, all in modern style and lots of cute little areas to sit (at the bar, by the deli counter, in the back on a long table) so you can find your own ambiance and chill there for as long as you like tasting whatever you feel like offering your tastebuds.
