Rose Bakery lunch mmmmmm & recipes
So I wanted to share some ideas for some healthy snacks, as inspired by the Rose Bakery.
The quiche au Chévre (Goat’s chees pie/quiche) is exquisite. Here is my super easy yet yummy recipe
I also wanted to talk to you about Soy(a) Milk. I am not great with digesting the old cow’s milk and Soy(a) (depending on how you wish to call it) milk is such a great substitute. I drink a lot of Rooibos tea and add milk to it so it’s such a great alternative with all the goodness of milk. Except it’s not really milk at all.
BONSOY IS THE BEST
Pourquoi you say?
Created by Japanese soy masters using traditional recipes perfected over centuries. Bonsoy is made by bulling (not bullYing, poor little beans) and splitting a select variety of organic soybeans. The beans are cooked and finely ground with purified hot water in a patented process that gives Bonsoy its unique mellow flavour. Because of the special variety of organic soybeans (GMO Free) Bonsoy is ideal for people wishing to add soy to their daily diet, like me! Bonsoy is a great milk aternative: ideal for people with dairy allergies (so many of us are intolerant to milk, even kids!), it’s perfect for cooking and baking. Bonsoy is a healthy, satisfying everyday food. No Cholesterol,No added preservatives, colour or chemicals. No added oils. Ingredients: Filtered water, whole organic soybeans, O.C.I.A certified, tapioca syrup, Jobs Tears (a select type of barley), seas salt, calcium carbonate. TaDA. Go get yours now!
Tomorrow I am going to share the super duper way to make your OWN homemade SOY yogurt. Mmmm you will LOVE IT. Soya milk IS an aquired taste but the yoghurt is light and fluffy.
GUILT FREE GOODNESS
And THEN (out of the generosity of my cholesterol free heart), the secret guide to making a beetroot salad that will blow your health loving little tastebuds into a frenzy of delight!
