I see this guy in his van all the time accross town during the summer. Time to pay him tribute.
He is promoting his “Creperie” (Pancake house) based in Hossegor. Before you ask, yes they are really good pancakes.
Really.
On Hossegor Lake, you eat your pancakes with yor feet in the sand under the shade of one of the parasols.
