My last summer visit to a South West “brocante” (that’s antique flea market to us)

It's going to be time to go back to Paris soon. I am really lucky because I get to come back to the Beachouse most weekends anyway and that's the nice thing about France. You jump in a train on a Friday afternoon and 4 hours later you are in a totally different environment for the weekend. I love that. So I went back to my favourite Antique Shop "Les Volets Bleus" in Angresse, to take some pics and browse for ideas. Here are a selection of my favourite. Don't you LOVE the vintage Mickey? And the old bird cage, it's so Victorian! What's YOUR favourite? xxxxx vintage Mickeybrocanteantique flea market Read on...

Vintage vintage

In Angresse, a small town in the Landes departement, you can find a gorgeous Antique shop with lots of taste. Les Volets Bleus is on the main road going through the town. Instead of tryin to describe them with words, here are some pics spread out over the next few days of what I found the funkiest and that best defines the trends that I like! Happy viewing! My personal favourite here: the metal panels that can be fixed to an interior, either horizontally or asymmetrically.
