My carrot apple ginger juices

I stopped eating gluten and cut out all non natural sugars about 3 weeks ago. I don’t eat less, I just don’t eat bread, pasta, any form of wheat and no chocolates or biscuits anymore. It wasn’t a choice really.

One morning I got up and just DECIDED.

I had already  cut out all  dairy products and instead was using soya, coco or almond based milks and goat’s cheeses but that was not ENOUGH.

Cutting out the sugar and gluten, man, that was a revelation. As a result I feel sharp as a knife, I don’t need to sleep as much, my energy level is UNBELIEVABLE and I feel so amazing. Losing 3 kilos in the process was a bonus although not what I was striving for but it just feels like I am treating my body right.

I don’t miss any of the things I have cut out because I feel so amazing. Really.

To replace the sugar I juice. A friend lent me his juicer and I am juice FREAK.

I will soon share with you my new green juice recipes but for now, here are some healthy yummy energy boosting juices. Remember, it’s the BEST way to get those vitamins down you. Forget the vitamin pills, have a couple of fresh homemade juices a day!
