Quick fresh smoothie before the gym
I find this combo of ingredients really uplifting in the morning and light on the stomach!
Before I go for my morning workout, I down it with a cup of tea and my body seems to thank me for it all day.
2 small peaches (skinned or not)
250ml soya milk (unsweetened)
1 kiwi (without the fur, obviously)
Blend and if it’s not fresh enough, add a couple ice cubes and blend again.
